Assessment & Therapy Fees
Clinical Psychologist
Initial consultation fees to see a Clinical Psychologist are $270 and subsequent consultations are $250. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you will receive a rebate of $141.85 per session.​​​​
Psychologist
Initial consultation fees to see a Psychologist are $235 and subsequent consultations are $215. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you will receive a rebate of $96.65 per session.
Psychological Assessment
If you are interested in having a cognitive assessment, educational assessment, Autism assessment, ADHD assessment or formal mental health diagnostic assessment and report completed, please call for a quote.
For individuals, fees will be automatically charged to the nominated credit card during the consultation. As such they will be asked for your account details at the time of booking. Your receipt can be used to claim rebates from Medicare or your private health insurer.

For organisations, an invoice will be issued, and payment will be required within 7 days of the invoice via electronic bank transfer or credit card (over the phone). Payment details will be provided on the invoice.
Other Charges
NDIS Review Reports
When an NDIS progress or review report is requested, a fee will be charged for the time required to prepare the report. This fee covers the psychologist’s assessment, documentation, and recommendations to support your NDIS plan review. Report costs vary depending on complexity and required detail and can often be funded through your NDIS plan. Please contact us for more information on fees and funding options.
Subpoena Preparation
When a subpoena is issued requesting client notes or reports, a fee will be charged for the time required to review, prepare, and provide the requested documents. This fee reflects the administrative and professional time involved in complying with legal requests. Costs vary depending on the complexity of the records required. Miscellaneous reports
When non-government support agencies, such as foster care providers or disability support organizations, request progress or review reports, a fee will be charged for the time required to assess, compile, and prepare the report.
